The Department of Social Protection is reminding social welfare recipients that there are changes to payment dates this June Bank Holiday weekend.
Both post offices and banks will be shut on the June Bank Holiday Monday, which means payment dates have been shuffled around as a result, Dublin Live reports.
If you are due a payment on Monday, June 5, you will be able to collect your social welfare as early as Friday, June 2.

The Department of Social Protection said: "Monday 5 June is a Bank Holiday and as a result most social welfare payments due to be paid on Monday 5 June, will now be paid on Friday 2 June instead.
"All Intreo Centres and Branch Offices will be closed Monday 5 June due to the Bank Holiday. Intreo Centres and Branch Offices will re-open on Tuesday 6 June."
Parents who receive the Child Benefit payment should see their payout earlier than usual.
Child Benefit is paid on the first Tuesday of every month, however when there is a Bank Holiday weekend, it can be paid out on the Friday or Saturday.
This payment could arrive by either Friday, June 2 or Saturday, June 3. It will also see €100 bonus per child, which was announced in the Government's spring cost-of-living package.
