Socceroos make one change for Tunisia game

The Socceroos have made just one change to their starting line-up for the pivotal World Cup clash against Tunisia.

Fran Karacic replaces injured right-back Nathaniel Atkinson, who has been ruled out of the Al Janoub Stadium fixture with an ankle problem.

Australia's coach Graham Arnold has otherwise kept faith in his starting line-up which lost 4-1 loss to France in their tournament opener.

Playmaker Ajdin Hrustic had been tipped to return to the starting side but Arnold has retained Riley McGree in the attacking midfield slot.

Australia must at least draw against the Tunisians to have a hope of advancing from the group stage for the second time in history.

Tunisia drew their opening match against Denmark, who kick off against reigning champions France at 3am AEDT Sunday.
