The youth wing of the SNP is calling on the party to review its complaints procedure "at all levels" following the Patrick Grady sexual harassment case.
A statement released by the group said, "we must ensure our party is a safe space for all".
It comes after the Glasgow North MP was found guilty by Commons authorities of sexual misconduct after he made unwanted advances towards a 19-year-old in 2016.
Following the publication of the probe Grady was suspended for two-days from the Commons and had the whip removed while he served that suspension.
Over the weekend an audio clip was leaked which revealed SNP Westminster leader Ian Blackford backing the MP. He could be heard saying Grady “is going to face a number of challenges over the short term and so he should have our absolute full support”.
In a statement released last night Blackford said "staff must have full confidence that the group takes complaints seriously".
Opposition parties and SNP MP Joanna Cherry hit out at the party over how it handles claims of sexual misconduct.
The Young Scots for Independence (YSI) group is calling for a review of the process.
The statement read: "In the YSI, we expect the highest standard of conduct from our party members, and in particular, our elected officials.
"We must ensure our party is a safe space for all, and fight complacency with vigilance to ensure this remains the case.
"In light of recent events, it has become clear that we have much more to do to ensure our party is a place of inclusion and safety.
"As the youth wing of the SNP, we will continue to push the wider party to take clear action on making sure everyone, including young people, feel safe and supported.
"As such, we are calling for a review of the party's complaints procedures, at all levels.
"As a party, we must ensure members have the resources and support systems they need during and after the complaints procedure.
"Finally, we are calling on elected members at all level to redouble their efforts to reinforce an atmosphere of tolerance, safety and inclusion in our party, as we continue our campaign for independence and beyond."
