AN SNP MP was told to leave the House of Commons – this time for not wearing a jacket and tie.
Amid a heatwave in London, Dunfermline MP Douglas Chapman was stunned when informed he wasn't properly attired to sit in the Westminster chamber.
It came on the same day that Alba MPs Neale Hanvey and Kenny MacAskill were angrily booted out by the Speaker after trying to make a protest about independence.
Chapman tweeted: "Just been ejected from the House of Commons for not wearing a tie/jacket in the chamber.
"It’s above 28 degrees celsius and a call was put out yesterday on the internal parliament site regarding well-being during this heatwave.
"To cap it all, I signed an early day motion on the Maximum Temperature in the Workplace!"
