SNP, Labour and Tories confirm all General Election candidates for Scotland

THE full list of candidates for the General Election has been confirmed for the SNP, Scottish Labour and the Scottish Conservatives.

The three parties have a full roster of election candidates, whilst the Scottish LibDems, Scottish Greens and Alba have until Friday to confirm their final list.

So far, the LibDems have announced 28 candidates, the Greens have 25, and Alba have 12, meaning these parties will stand in less than half of seats across Scotland.

The smaller parties have focused primarily on areas where they believe they are more likely to win. For example, the LibDems are yet to confirm a single candidate for Glasgow, while the Scottish Greens announced their full list of candidates for the area just over a week ago.
