The Smashing Pumpkins and Weezer are set to join forces for a short co-headline tour that takes in London’s O2 Arena.
Both bands are US rock heavyweights, although with vastly differing styles, but have performed before on the same bill of festival line-ups.
The six-date UK and Ireland tour begins in June with a show at Birmingham Utilita Arena.
The Smashing Pumpkins released their 12th album Atum, a self-described rock opera, in three parts between November and May. The band have toured in support and also to mark 30 years of their beloved Siamese Dream album. The band even went as far as recreating their album launch party from 1993 by holding an event in association with Tower Records.
Weezer, meanwhile, released a series of four EPs last year on the back of their 2021 record Van Weezer.
Where are The Smashing Pumpkins and Weezer performing?

The Smashing Pumpkins also confirmed the news in a shorter, less-reference heavy statement.
