A smash-hit party made especially for man's best friend is heading to a venue near Edinburgh this summer.
Party Like A Cockapoo is described as a "social gathering for doodle mixes", and will be visiting a venue near the capital on Sunday, June 25.
Running from 9am until 12pm at Alicia’s House of Paws in Dalkeith, the event will host a range of activities for pups - from an off-lead play area to an on-site dog bakery.

Party Like A Cockapoo organisers said: "We are really excited for this event, the best hour of your doodles week, up to 25 doodle per session. We started organising it in January of this year and held a local one in Fife together with Cockapoo Club Fife.
"We ended up having to limit entry as it was so popular, we had people coming from as far as Brechin, Cumbernauld and Kilmarnock as there was nothing like it in their areas.
"It's quite popular in England with other event companies so we wanted to make it accessible for everyone throughout Scotland, not just in the big cities.
"It's fantastic to see all the happy dogs and excited owners. Doodle mixes have a lovely temperament, they all seem to get on so well."
The event will pop up in fourteen different locations across the country, including Aberdeen, Ayrshire, Berwick, Borders, Dumfries, Edinbrugh, Elgin, Fife, Forfar, Glasgow, Inverness, Lanarkshire and Stirlingshire and West Lothian this summer.
The organisers added: "We've sold around 400 tickets across our fourteen locations in Scotland throughout June.

"Doodle owners seem to go crazy for these types of events. They love it."
The event will include a range of dog-friendly goodies from local dog bakeries, which will be selling 'pupcakes' and cockapoo biscuits freshly baked on the day.
There will also be free Puppicinos for all, as well as a professional photographer to capture all the event's "memorable" moments.
Tickets cost £10 plus a fifty pence booking fee per dog - their owners are free to come along. Tickets can be purchased on the Party Like A Cockapoo website here.
