SMAP IMMO Paris for Moroccan real estate will hold its 17th edition at Port de Versailles, Paris, between June 24 and 26.
The exhibition reconnects with its audience in Paris after more than two years of hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
It will present various offers for Moroccan real estate in several destinations, as the Moroccan community residing in Europe in general and France, in particular, have a growing interest in investing in real estate there.
The French community will also have the opportunity to invest in Moroccan real estate or explore living in Morocco.
The exhibition will be an opportunity to highlight the real estate offered in the various Moroccan cities and an occasion to hold discussions with Moroccan notaries.
Several seminars will be held on bank financing to consult visitors and acquaint them with Morocco's real estate economic and legal environment.
CEO of SMAP Group, Samir el-Chammah, said the Paris exhibition is ideal for the Moroccan community residing in France, French investors, and those looking for real estate in Morocco.
Chammah added in a statement obtained by Asharq Al-Awsat that SMAP was held this year following the increased public demand, adding that regular partners were contacted as soon as airports reopened in February to organize the new edition of the exhibition.
He explained that SMAP IMMO Paris 2022 is an ideal platform for communication between real estate developers, investors, experts, and stakeholders in Morocco and France's economy, tourism, and handicrafts.
The exhibition is a significant event in France and is the largest gathering for tens of thousands of Moroccans, especially the youth who want to invest in Morocco, according to Chammah.
SMAP IMMO was established in 1997 and has been dedicated to Moroccan real estate since 2004. In 2019, it attracted 35,000 visitors.
