While terraced properties fetched an average of £183,950, detached properties sell for £358,600. Altogether, prices in Lydiate over the last year were 9% down on the previous year and 4% up on the 2018 peak of £212,140.
Images of the property shows it boasts an open plan sitting room and kitchen area with a central island. Described as being great for ‘entertaining’ this area has floor to ceiling windows and bi-fold doors that open into the garden patio.
