Known for having produced so many famous boy bands and girl groups, including Kangta, BoA, TVXQ!, Super Junior, Girls' Generation, SHINee, EXO, Red Velvet, NCT, and Aespa, the label is looking for new talents for Kwangya, a Korean term meaning internet wilderness or a world where the avatars live.

The audition is open to interested individuals of any nationality and gender who were born between 2003 and 2011. Each applicant is required to fill out the online application form and also submit their photograph and a short video no longer than one minute that shows their potential talents in the following categories -- vocal, dance, rap and acting -- via sm-global.site by Feb 20.

At the same time, selected applicants will be announced every week to join the first round of online auditions which will take place on Feb 12, 19 and 26. Successful candidates will proceed to the second round of on-site auditions scheduled for Feb 19 and 26 and March 5.

The final announcement will be made on March 19 and the winners will have a chance to become a trainee at SM Entertainment and, probably, become a contracted artist.
