Slam Dunk Festival 2023: Line up in full, how to get tickets and what will be on offer

Pop punk, emo and rock music festival Slam Dunk is set to take place in Leeds this weekend.

With a line-up that includes favourites like Enter: Shikari, The Offspring and Bowling for Soup, the festival will be kicking off at Temple Newsam on Sunday, May 28. It also does a southern version the day before at Hatfield Park with the same line up.

The day will be full of music, food, and there's even an after party when the main festival is done. Read on below for everything you need to know about the line up, tickets, getting to the festival, and once you're there.

Line up

Some of the artists playing on the Rock Scene stage include Enter: Shikari, Billy Talent, Kids in Glass Houses, and Underoath. On the Dickies stage, you can see the Offspring, Bowling for Soup, Less than Jake and Flogging Molly.

The Kerrang! tent will see artists such as Yellowcard, Creeper and the Menzingers take to the stage. You can see The Hunna, The Maine and Charlotte Sands on the Key Club stages, and Malevolence and Fi for a King on the Knotfest stage.

There will also be a closing set from DJ Fresh. The full line up is available on the Slam Dunk Festival website.

It's £97.90 for general admission - under-5s go free with the price of a normal ticket. It's £6.60 for a ticket to the after party at the O2 Academy (for people aged 18+ only).

How to get there

The festival is being held at Temple Newsam park - the festival opens from 9am and the main arena from 11am. There is a shuttle bus service in place from near Leeds train station on Sovereign Street.

The shuttle bus is operating from 8.30am to 2pm going to the festival and 8pm to 1am back to the city centre. It's £5 for a single ride and £10 for a return - click here to book that.

If you're driving, here will be a car park just off junction 45 of the M1 on the A63. There will be festival signage in place to direct you if you search 'Temple Newsam Park - Event Road' - though you cannot leave your car in the car park overnight.

Refreshment options

There will be a selection of different food options at the festival on Sunday. They include burgers, hotdogs, chicken, noodles, wraps, kebabs and more.

There will be veggie, vegan and gluten-free options.
