Slam Dunk Festival is set to welcome thousands of people to Temple Newsam when it returns this weekend.
Sum 41, Alexisonfire and Neck Deep are some of the big names set to perform. Elsewhere on the bill, you can expect to see performances from Deaf Havana, The Dropkick Murphys and The Wonder Years.
Ahead of the event, we have all the key information you need to ensure you make the most of your day. Slam Dunk Festival 2022 , an event which champions pop-punk, ska punk, emo, metal and alternative rock music, will be happening on Friday, June 3.

Banned items
As is the case with any major event and festivals there are items which are banned from site and security procedures in place ensure everyone can safely enjoy the festivities.
Here’s the restrictions for Slam Dunk Festival 2022 at Temple Newsam:
- Bags larger than A3 size (30cm x 42cm x 19cm) will NOT be permitted to the festival
- No drugs - anyone found in possession of illegal or recreational drugs will be ejected and the substances seized
- Food and drink can not be taken into the site but there are stalls and vendors
Any medication you wish to bring must be clearly labelled in your name.
