Wide receiver Skyy Moore spent most of the Kansas City Chiefs’ 2024 campaign season on injured reserve, but the team opened his practice window to return last week ahead of Super Bowl LIX.
Moore was back on the practice field on Wednesday.
Is the former second-round pick expected to be activated in time for Kansas City’s Super Bowl LIX matchup against the Eagles?
Skyy Moore injury update
Moore’s season was cut short by a core muscle injury which has kept him on the Chiefs’ injured reserve list since October.
Though Moore returned to practice last week, he was only a limited participant in Kansas City’s drills on Wednesday.
How long will Skyy Moore be out?
Officially, Moore is still on injured reserve. While he could be activated in time for the game, it seems unlikely that he will be ready in time unless he is elevated by the Chiefs this week.

Chiefs WR depth chart
The Chiefs have a deep receiving corps. Xavier Worthy, Hollywood Brown, and JuJu Smith-Schuster are expected to start against the Eagles this Sunday. Kansas City will also likely rely on DeAndre Hopkins and Nikko Remigio.
