Sky Sports delete IShowSpeed videos after being alerted to derogatory posts about women

Sky Sports have deleted all online traces of a segment with the YouTube creator IShowSpeed that was shown during yesterday’s coverage of Manchester United ’s win away to Fulham because of historical misogynistic posts from the influencer.

The American, who boasts more than 13 million subscribers, was interviewed by Geoff Shreeves before the game as he reacted to the team news.

IShowSpeed has been on a quest to meet Cristiano Ronaldo and when informed that the Portuguese, who would then have an explosive interview with Piers Morgan broadcast later in the evening to all but end his career at the club, was not going to start at Craven Cottage he slumped to the floor in pretend agony.

A series of tweets posted by Sky minutes after the segment was broadcast live referred to his “hilarious” reaction to the team news. They have all been deleted.

Meanwhile, the link to a video of the influencer on Sky Sports’ website now shows a message which reads: “Sorry, we could not find the page you were looking for.”

Another clip, of IShowSpeed at last Thursday’s Carabao Cup game against Aston Villa at Old Trafford, has also been removed from Sky’s online channels overnight.

The decision to delete came after Sky management were alerted to old posts in which IShowSpeed speaks in derogatory terms about women.

In one video seen by Mirror Football , a stream of him playing a computer game, he can be heard repeatedly and angrily calling a female player “a b***h” before screaming at her to “do your husband’s dishes.”

“Is a b***h talking to me?” he says in the video. “Is a female talking to me? Am I tripping or is a female talking to me right now? It’s a f***ing female talking to me, get off the f***ing game and do your husband’s dishes b***h.”

Sky Sports are yet to respond to a request for comment.
