Not everyone is down on the Cincinnati Bengals heading into the 2022 season after their trip to the Super Bowl.
Those Bengals play one of the toughest schedules in the NFL next year, which has oddsmakers down on the team as a whole.
But one guy not doubting the team? Skip Bayless, who proclaimed on “Undisputed” that the Bengals will, in fact, be going back to the Super Bowl:
“I think the next Tom Brady will play the real Tom Brady. I’m going to say Joe Burrow gets Cincinnati back to the Super Bowl. I think Cincinnati actually had a moral victory against the Rams because they had a horrible call at the goal-line on Cooper Kupp…it was ridiculously bad….they knew it was bad…I think they take more positive away from it than negative.”
It’s an interesting spint to take on the Bengals that their ahead-of-schedule Super Bowl appearance will propel them and help them avoid a letdown.
What some fans might point out is that it’s worth mentioning the team also upgraded its biggest weakness multiple times and, on paper, only look better.
