Caitlin Parker is destined for a second Olympics and she will have company after Australia's boxers fell just short of a perfect seven gold medals at the Pacific Games.
Marissa Williamson Pohlman (66kg) is poised to become Australian first Indigenous female Olympic boxer after she also won her final on Friday in the Soloman Islands.
Tiana Echegaray (54kg), Tyla McDonald (60kg), Callum Peters (80kg) and Charlie Senior (57kg) also won gold in Honiara, a prize that comes with a quota spot by name to fight at the Paris Games.
Parker (75kg) missed qualification for the Rio 2016 Olympics and was beaten in the round-of-16 in Tokyo.
But the world championship silver medallist has now done everything in her power to be on the list when the boxing team is named early next year.
"Oh god, it's the best feeling in the world. I've done it (qualify) twice, but it equals the first one," the 27-year-old said.
"Ever since I got out of the ring in Toyko I just changed my mindset then and there.
"I was like that's it; I'm not done in that Olympic ring.
"There's so much more for me to improve and show and it's coming, the peak's coming.
"That was tough (to miss the Rio Games), in Tokyo I didn't show what I was capable of. So third time around, let's go.
"I'm going to show the world what I'm capable of."
Williamson Pohlman overcame a nagging knee injury to beat New Zealand's Cara Wharerau and all-but seal her place in history.
"I'm so excited to go home, spend time with family and the mob back home that have raised me from the grassroots level up," the 21-year-old said.
"Never in my life did I think I could go to an Olympic Games.
"I was just a lost foster kid at one point, and four short years later I'm travelling the world with the sport I love, and I just qualified for the Olympics.
"I hope there's kids who might see this, and know there can be a future, it can get better."
Adrian Paoletti (92kg) was the only Australian to lose on Friday, outclassed by Samoa's Ato Plodzicki-Faoagalo in the final bout of the day.
Six more will aim to join them on Saturday, including Tokyo bronze medallist Harry Garside and Commonwealth Games bronze medallist Tina Rahimi.
Garside and Parker were among a group of just five to box in Tokyo after heavyweight Justis Huni was a late scratching due to injury suffered in a lead-up fight against Paul Gallen.
There could be more than double in Paris given the storming form of the Australian contingent during this qualification event.
Yusuf Chothia upset the defending champion on Thursday to reach the final, Shannan Davey and Monique Suraci were comfortable winners and super-heavyweight Teremoana Teremoana stopped his opponent with a brutal right hook to reach the gold medal bout.
