A trampoline park is looking to recruit team members for its North East sites.

Park centre manager
require an experienced confident individual capable of running the day -t o - day business operations, dealing with over 30 staff and members of the general public.
At Jump 360 a centre manager is responsible for the overall running of the centre, and it is crucial they ensure that health and safety standards are upheld whilst maintaining high customer service levels.
Centre managers handle the security, customer service and any management concerns of the organisation, whilst overseeing the maintenance and overall safety procedures on the premises.
The management team has a very ‘hands on’ approach and will help out in various departments in the business when necessary. Managers are required to be able to work school holidays and most weekends.
Operations manager/assistant manager
As an assistant manager you will support the general manager on the day -t o - day business operations, as part of the management team you will handle the security, customer service an d any management concerns of the organisation, whilst overseeing the maintenance and overall safety procedures on the premises.
As the operations manager you will focus more of your time to take responsibility for health and safety onsite, repairs and maintenance schedules as well as operational paperwork and procedures.
Receptionist/bookings assistant
The reception is the hub of the business and we need friendly and confident individuals cap able of running the day -t o - day business and dealing with the general public.
Reception is the first point of contact for customers, so it is vital you deliver a friendly efficient customer service and create a warm welcoming atmosphere to all the customers before they start jumping.
Trampoline supervisor/ court marshal
Court marshals supervise and look after customers whilst they are using the trampoline equipment.
They are the key to ensuring customers have a fun and safe visit.
Think of yourselves as a trampoline life guard who is there to ensure all jumpers are being safe as well as having the best possible time.
Being a court marshal will also involve you helping out with various trampoline activities such as dodgeball games, toddler jump sessions and battle beam competitions.
Marshals are required to be able to work school holidays and most weekends.
Party hosts
Birthday Parties are a very special part of the business and you have a very responsible role dealing with the parents and their guests and making this day extra special for them.
It’s your job to ensure each party group feels like a true VIP.
The party staff are focused on the parties only, ensuring each party runs smoothly and on time, however all our staff learn to multi task and in any down time will help cover in other areas of the business. Party hosts are required to be able to work school holidays and most weekends.
Barista and servery operative
You will be proud to provide a complete customer experience, an important part of which is the food and drink we have to offer.
You will be the friendly face that greets thirsty jumpers once they have worked up an appetite and are in need of some refreshment.
You will be responsible for delivering meal orders, along with first class customer service so you can provide our guests with an incredible Jump 360 experience.
