Sister Wives star Janelle Brown shared her thoughts on Christine Brown 's recent engagement.
Christine announced she was engaged to fiancée David Woolley after less than a year of dating. She had left the polyamorous relationship that saw her appear on the TLC show.
Sharing the news on Instagram, she revealed that the moment was "very romantic" and told her 1.2million followers that she "lives in bliss" every day.
"We’re engaged! David popped the question VERY romantically, and I said YES! I’m so excited and just live in bliss every day! #engaged #newworld #soulmates #loveofmylife," Christine penned.
Her former sister wife, Janelle, took to the comments to write: "Hurray!!!" and shared the post to her Instagram Stories with a gif that spelt out the word 'Happy'.
Fans soon follows with sweet messages to the TV star.
"In tears!!!! So happy for you both," one put and another added: "Congratulations! How exciting it must be to have this experience - to be chosen, to be someone's one and only, to look forward to an actual legal wedding with a dress you love and the people you love. So incredibly happy for you. <3"
A third typed: "I don’t think your smile can get any bigger! Congratulations!!"
A fourth added: "Goodbye to the crazy sister wives club! You deserve a real man that will love you and cherish you!" while other fans encouraged Christine to drop the Brown surname for good.
However some fans were skeptical of the engagement considering the short amount of time the pair had been together.
"Wow it’s been like a Minute since you have been together," one commented and a second chimed in: "I’m happy for you but maybe slow down a bit? Just sayin…."
Christine gave an insight into her whirlwind relationship with David, revealing that he treats her "like a queen."
"David treats me like a queen and tells me I’m beautiful everyday,” she told Us Weekly. “I’ve never been in love like this before and the world seems like a brighter place with him in it. I’m so excited for the wonderful adventure we are going to embark on for the rest of our lives.”
