Sister Wives star Meri Brown looks super slim in a new snap while bragging about her life and how she's living it to the fullest after splitting from her ex-husband Kody.
The 52-year-old TLC star is best-known for appearing on the TV programme Sister Wives alongside now-ex husband Kody Brown who she split from in December 2022, after more than 30 years together.
The former couple tied the knot in 1990 before her hubby introduced three more wives — Janelle, Christine and Robyn Brown — into their family. But now Meri has split from Kody, she is going it alone and building a new life for herself it seems.
Over the past few months, Meri has been sharing increasingly more positive posts, with the reality star often writing captions that hint at just how happy she is. And today, Meri took to Instagram to share a post that urged how she is "living her best life", which has in turn thrilled her fans who have been following her journey since the start of Sister Wives.
Showing off her slimmed down frame, Meri looked slimmer than usual as she frolicked in the Californian sunshine. In the caption she penned: "Fun in the California sunshine? Yes please!! Living, laughing, doing, and being."
Meri then added: "Living my best and fullest life with intention and purpose. Laughing with friends and feeling all the joy. Doing all the things that I'm able and capable of. Being present, and being grateful for every single life experience that has made me who I am."
She unapologetically added: "This is me. This is how I choose to live and be. Situations and experiences may cause my life plans to shift. People may come and go. There may be moments that cause me to pause, reflect, and pivot. The past year has been that for me. But I've recently been feeling a shift as I move forward through it all and toward something.... different. Details of the 'different' have yet to fully unveil themselves to me. In due time I'm sure.
"Until then, the me that I am right now will continue to embrace this beautiful thing called life, and will continue building and creating and serving." She then teased that there is "so much to come," which left her fans incredibly excited.
Meri's followers were quick to flock to the comments, with many gushing over how much the star is glowing these days, and how happy they are to see her living her best life. "I am sooo excited for you !! It’s a pleasure to see how you’ve blossomed !! Enjoy your life," penned one.
Another then added: "It's never too late to start being happy! Life is short. Enjoy Meri! Be happy!" While a third penned: "You look beautiful. You are shining from within and it looks great on you." And a fourth added: "You look GREAT! Enjoy."
