Sister Wives star Janelle Brown has paraded her jaw-dropping seven-stone weight loss while "basking in the sun".
The reality star, 53, took to Instagram earlier this week to share some weight loss tips and promote her Plexus business venture.
Janelle, who rose to fame on the TLC show, stunned fans as she gave fans a glimpse at how she keeps her newly slimmed down and trim figure with the help of some nifty little sachets.
Looking fresh-faced and slimmer than ever, Janelle shared a video of her standing in her kitchen pouring sachets of pink powder into a see-through bottle that appeared to have water in it.
Shaking the bottle to form a pink liquid, Janelle then sipped away with a huge grin on her face.
She could then be seen "basking in the warm sun" while sipping her pink drink and wearing huge sunglasses and a floppy straw hat.
In the caption of the video she penned: "So picture this: basking in the warm spring sun with my dynamic duo by my side.
"But wait, it gets better! Combine these two drinks into one, and it's a game-changer.
"Say goodbye to sugar cravings, feeling sluggish, and those dreaded afternoon crashes.
"Plus, it's free of any nasty artificial ingredients or dyes, so you can feel good about sipping away. Gluten-free and non-GMO? Absolutely! It's safe to say these drinks are a total WIN."
She then urged her followers to message her for more information on the drinks that have seemingly transformed the star's life.
At the beginning of 2023, Janelle shared her weight loss journey on social media, at the time of posting she penned: "This health journey I’ve been on has been incredible.
"The results weren't overnight and I'm okay with that. It's all about slow and steady that wins the race."
Janelle was married to Kody Brown, with news of their separation breaking in December 2022 in the trailer for the hit TLC series.
Janelle and Kody have been "spiritually" married for around 30 years and don't consider themselves divorced per se.
