Sister Wives' Janelle Brown has shared an unexpected and easy-to-incorporate diet secret after shedding seven stone in weight.
The 54-year-old reality star, who is famed for marrying Kody Brown and appearing on the TLC show Sister Wives, has been on a health kick in recent months.
Since embarking on her lifestyle change, and using her Plexus wellness products, the star has shed a reported 100lbs - which works out as more than seven stone.
And on Thursday, Janelle decided to share some of her diet secrets with her fans on Instagram.
Taking to her stories, Janelle shared snaps of some of the food she has been eating recently, with her gushing over a lean way she cooks.
Janelle has hopped on the air fryer trend, with her sharing a snap of some asparagus cooking in her trusty air fryer.
Alongside the photo, Janelle penned: "Roasted asparagus in the air fryer. Oh my word why have I not done this sooner? I roast lots of other veggies. So easy and just the right crisp."
Earlier this year Janelle spoke of her weight loss journey publicly on social media.
Getting candid with her followers, Janelle said: "This health journey I’ve been on has been incredible.
"The results weren't overnight and I'm okay with that. It's all about slow and steady that wins the race."
This comes after Janelle and her best pal and former sister wife Christine Brown were reportedly overheard "trash talking" their ex-husband Kody Brown.
An eyewitness told the US Sun that Janelle and her daughter Maddie, and Christine and her husband-to-be David Woolley were deep in a three-hour-long conversation.
According to the paper, Christine seemed "heated" when she spoke about Kody, with them chatting about Meri and Robyn too.
The eyewitness said that when they spoke about Kody's other wives, it "wasn't in a positive light", with it supposedly clear that they all felt "aggravated".
Janelle was married to Kody Brown, with news of their separation coming to light in December 2022 in a series for the then-new series of Sister Wives.
But before Janelle and Kody, who were "spiritually" married for around 30 years, broke up, Kody also split from Christine.
Christine, who was Kody's second wife in their plural marriage before he introduced two others, including Janelle, announced her split from Kody in November 2021.
