Fans are furious at the BBC's decision to hold off from posting Sir Paul McCartney's Glastonbury set on the iPlayer service.
Sir Paul put some musicians half his age to shame when he hit the Glastonbury stage in what some fans are calling one of the festival's greatest ever performances. The Beatles legend took to the Pyramid Stage last night with a catalogue of his timeless hits including Let It Be, Hey Jude and Live and Let Die.
Despite the 80-year-old delivering a showstopping performance that solidified his standing as one of the world's greatest musicians, the BBC has so far failed to put his set on the iPlayer for fans to enjoy. From Wednesday - Glastonbury's opening day - the BBC has been posting sets from musicians on their online hub, BBC iPlayer within hours of the artist stepping off the stage.

Nearly 24 hours after Sir Paul's electrifying performance, fans are unhappy that the broadcaster has failed to upload the 2-hour set. Supporters took to Twitter to share their frustration, including columnist Michael Deacon who said: "Rumours that Paul McCartney played a set at Glastonbury last night, but surely the BBC would have put it on iPlayer by now if he had."
Other comments echoed the writer's thoughts, as another comment added: "The #PaulMcCartney #Glastonbury set still isn't on #bbciplayer nor does it look like it's going to be at this rate."
A third comment said: "Absolutely ridiculous and absolutely baffling that the BBC aren’t showing the Paul McCartney set at Glastonbury live on any of their platforms."
A final fan added: "What is going on with the BBC not adding Paul McCartney Glastonbury set to BBC iPlayer?"
As it stands, the BBC website has a placeholder titled "available soon" but there is no specific time stated when Sir Paul's Glastonbury performance will be live.
Last night's show included surprise appearances from Bruce Springsteen and Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl. As part of the encore, through special technology which could isolate Lennon's vocals from old recordings, Sir Paul was able to duet The Beatles' track I've Got A Feeling alongside his former bandmate on the Pyramid Stage.
