Sir Andy Murray has sold his old home for almost £5million after having a new mansion built nearby.
The tennis ace put his previous property in Oxshott, Surrey, on the market last year.
The house has five bedrooms, a swimming pool, cinema room, sauna and gym.
Property records show it has been sold for £4,950,000 – just £28,000 more than the £4,922,000 Murray paid for it in June 2009.
The double Wimbledon champion’s new home is just a few miles away in Leatherhead. He bought the house, which has a tennis court in its 28 acres of grounds, in 2016.
He initially built an extension before deciding to demolish it and build his own bespoke home in its place.
