Sinner Vs Alcaraz Prize Money: Who Leads The Way Overall?

It’s not just on the court where the Jannik Sinner vs Carlos Alcaraz rivalry is heating up, the duo are undergoing a tense financial battle as well.

The Sinner vs Alcaraz prize money earnings from their tennis exploits are truly staggering. Especially when you consider how old they are.

Both players are expected to dominate the men’s game for years to come. Now that only Novak Djokovic remains from the original ‘Big Four,’ it’s starting to take fruition.

Their presence is already being felt across the globe. Sinner is the current world No 1 and has won three Grand Slams aged 23. That includes the 2025 Australian Open.

Alcaraz can go one better – boasting four majors. The Spanish sensation hasn’t even reached his 22nd birthday and already has two Wimbledon successes to his name.

However, who comes out on top in the Sinner vs Alcaraz prize money battle? Already, both players are in the top-ten list for highest earnings of all-time.

Jannik Sinner Prize Money

After defeating Alexander Zverev in straight sets in the final of the 2025 Australian Open, the total Jannik Sinner prize money stands at a cool £31.5 million.

The world No 1 beat the German at Melbourne Park to land a £1.7 million payday. That figure is the highest paid to the winner of the first major of the year after an increase of winnings was announced before the tournament.

Interestingly, Zverev actually places higher than Sinner in the all-time top earners list. Naturally, this is due to the 27-year-old being on the circuit longer and reaching the latter stages of tournaments. Despite not going all the way.

Overall, Sinner has won three majors since he burst on to the professional scene in 2018. To date, Sinner has also landed 16 singles titles on the ATP Tour, four Masters 1000 titles and the 2024 ATP Finals.

Furthermore, Sinner has also helped lead Italy to the 2023 and 2024 Davis Cup. In October, the 23-year-old star actually banked the largest prize money ever awarded in the history of tennis.

Sinner collected a cheque in the region of around £4.8 million for winning the Six Kings Slam in Riyadh. However, as it was an exhibition event, the prize money doesn’t count towards his ATP career total.

Carlos Alcaraz Prize Money

After a hugely successful 2024, the total Carlos Alcaraz prize money stands at £30.6 million. That does include his earnings for reaching the quarter-final of the 2025 Australian Open.

On the court, the Djokovic vs Alcaraz H2H record is gathering plenty of momentum. Despite the Serbinator entering his twilight years. Nole leads the 21-year-old 5-3.

Nonetheless, the Sinner vs Alcaraz prize money battle is just as intense with barely £900,000 separating the two newest stars on the circuit. Sinner is 8th in the overall prize money standings with Alcaraz 9th.

Last year, Alcaraz won the French Open and Wimbledon. The Spanish superstar has now won four Grand Slam titles – one more than Sinner. Also, Alcaraz leads the H2H against the Italian 6-4.

With four majors already secured, Alcaraz has also landed a further 12 ATP Tour titles and five Masters 1000 titles. He also claimed a silver medal at the 2024 Olympics.

Almost a quarter of Alcaraz’s total prize money was banked last year. The 21-year-old scooped around £8.3 million for his on-court efforts and will be aiming to beat that total in 2025.
