A group of talented singers generated thousands of pounds for two Renfrewshire charities by hosting a fundraising performance.
The Sing Out Sisters, from Paisley, held two concerts in the Priorscroft Bowling Club, selling out to an audience of over 100 people on both nights.
The group of 12 women – who all met through their children attending St John Ogilvie Primary School – raised an impressive £3,800 over both events which saw them perform a range of songs.
Tickets were £5 and thanks to help from a few local businesses – My Hair Guru, Soho Salon, Pendulum, Cardosi’s and Allan’s Snack Bar – £2,100 was donated to Renfrewshire Women’s Aid and £1,700 to Renfewshire Foodbank.
