Singing dog performs Diana Ross in impressive karaoke duet with owner

A talented dog shows off his singing voice in an impressive duet to Diana Ross with his owner.

Capturing the moment on camera, owner Kathyrine Cagande recorded them both singing into a microphone in their living room in General Santos City, Philippines.

In the adorable video, Sky howls along to the lyrics to When You Tell Me That You Love Me and impresses Kathyrine by hitting the low and high notes, and taking the lead in the song.

Speaking about the gifted pup, Kathyrine said: "I was so amazed that my dog is smart. Every time I do karaoke, he always sits on my side and waits for his turn to sing."

The footage begins with Kathyrine singing a solo by herself, but it only takes seconds for Sky to join in and howl his first high note.

He lifts his head back and lets her move the microphone near his mouth, putting his all into the performance.

Sky gets passionately into the song and responds to the high pitch by howling repeatedly for 40 seconds.

Kathyrine continues to sing as Sky takes a voice break - but not for long.

His ears perk up when he hears the chorus coming, and he gets ready for another special moment together.

Sky turns his head to face Kathyrine and the microphone, and yaps along for three minutes in total.

At the end of the video clip, the pair look at each other and Kathyrine can't help but crack a smile.

Sky isn't the only dog that likes to sing - chocolate cockapoo Biddy discovered his voice at three months old and has been woofing along to songs ever since.

Biddy became famous in Edinburgh, Scotland, for "helping the ambulances to be heard" and barking along to the sounds of sirens in the street.

He also recognises rock band Kodaline’s album and will sing his heart out to their lyrics at home.

"It's as if he knows the words," dog owner Rachel Flynn told The Mirror.
