Following a turbulent incident on a Singapore Airlines flight, the General Manager of Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi International Airport reported that the majority of injuries sustained were cuts and bruises. Fortunately, most passengers had their seat belts fastened when the turbulence occurred, which likely helped mitigate more severe injuries. The incident took place during breakfast service, adding an unexpected element to the passengers' journey.

In response to the injuries, affected passengers were promptly transported to Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital for medical attention. The hospital, conveniently located just a 20-minute drive from the airport, was able to provide necessary care to those in need. Additionally, approximately 200 travelers are currently awaiting their onward flights to various destinations.
