“It made her day and she's gabbled on about it all day up until she went asleep.”
The parent went on to publicly thanked the pilots in the hope they might see the post online.
“On the extreme off chance any of them see this - Thank You, something so simple really made someone's day,” he concluded.

Another added: “Oh bless! I can just imagine how much that meant to her.”
A third wrote: “I've worked a lot with pilots over the last few years - every single one of them show up to work every day loving what they do, and love it when other people are enthusiastic”
Someone else shared: “Awh mine is big into construction vehicles it makes her day when they smile and wave at her... took her to fota and she wouldn't stop talking about the digger that kept going by and waving at her.”
