Simon Jordan has questioned whether there is "fear factor" involved in reports linking other Premier League clubs with an interest in Nottingham Forest head coach Steve Cooper.
It has been said that Cooper is being eyed by the likes of Chelsea, Tottenham and Leeds for the future, amid long-term doubts over the futures of Graham Potter and Antonio Conte; with Javi Gracia new to life at Elland Road.
Speaking on talkSPORT, Jordan gave his thoughts on the speculation linking Cooper with a move away in the future, and believes Marinakis has rewarded him after the job he did getting Forest up into the Premier League.

"Cooper is a decent manager," Jordan said. "Whenever you have a decent manager doing a decent job in a difficult situation, other people will look at him with covetous eyes.
"How much reality is in this, and how much speculation, fear factor and what people think? The bottom line is: he signed a new contract with Nottingham Forest. I would expect him to remember the fact he was given an opportunity with Nottingham Forest.
"He took it with both hands, he's done a very good job and now he's been rewarded for it by some loyalty - at a time when most football owners would turn the other cheek."
