Simon Cowell showed off his new trim figure when he was spotted out and about in California last week. Sporting an all black outfit, the 63-year-old Britain's Got Talent judge - who was recently set on fire in one audition - and music mogul was snapped as he took pictures with grinning loyal fans ahead of filming for the American counterpart of the popular ITV talent show.
Wearing a fitted black T-shirt, aviator glasses and black trousers, his new svelte look was hard to miss as he posed for a selfie with a fan and gave paparazzi a peace sign. Just weeks earlier he was filming Britain's Got Talent at locations across the UK, including Manchester.
It comes after the X Factor judge lost three stone and in an interview with The Sun he revealed just how it did it - and no, it wasn't weight loss surgery, he confirmed. "No, I haven't had a gastric band!" he told the publication, before later adding: "Wouldn't there be scars?"

Confirming he'd not had a gastric bypass either, he did however reveal his method for losing the weight: a doctor in Harley Street who specialises "in a certain kind of diet".
He explained: "He did my blood work and pee and all the rest of it, and a month later the results came in and his words were, ‘You have the worst diet out of all the clients I have ever seen in my life — you have a schoolboy’s diet from the 1960s.’ It was just pies. So he sent me a list of things I can’t eat, and that included red meat, dairy, sugar and gluten. And I pretty much stuck to it.”
Although he did admit that pizza was "the hardest thing for me to give up", but has now forged a relationship with it in which he "can now have a tiny, tiny amount and that's enough".
Reflecting on his diet, he told the publication how, for breakfast, he typically consumes a "green smoothie" and no sugar Alpen - muesli - with a tea and oat milk.
For lunch, he enjoys a simple meal of grilled tomatoes with soup. As for dinner, he said: "Sometimes when we are going out for dinner because I know I’m going to hate the food, I have baked beans on toast before I go, then eat nothing."
This weight loss comes soon after Simon Cowell, who has a son - nine-year-old Eric- with his fiancee Lauren Silverman, broke his back after a horrific E-biking accident in 2020 after which he needed surgery to save his spine, and just months after breaking his arm in a second crash in 2022.
