Simon Cowell looked totally different as he posed at the Nickelodeon's Kid's Choice Awards on Sunday evening (April 10). The 62-year-old music mogul appeared with his America's Got Talent co-stars Terry Crews, Sofia Vergara, Howie Mandel and Heidi Klum at the ceremony in Santa Monica.
The show snapped up the award for Best Reality Show on Sunday night, beating The Masked Singer, American Idol and Wipeout, who were also nominated. Simon was wearing his typical attire of a grey long-sleeved top and black trousers, reports BirminghamLive.
His appearance, however, has changed over the years after the producer admitted he had recently ditched fillers. He revealed that he had gone too far with the cosmetic treatment, and so had all of the fillers removed. Simon has also recently lost three stone in weight.

Speaking about his diet to The Sun, he said: “Look, I will tell you what I did. I did see a doctor in Harley Street. He specialises in a certain kind of diet. He did my blood work and pee and all the rest of it, and a month later the results came in and his words were, ‘You have the worst diet out of all the clients I have ever seen in my life — you have a schoolboy’s diet from the 1960s.’
“It was just pies. So he sent me a list of things I can’t eat, and that included red meat, dairy, sugar and gluten. And I pretty much stuck to it.”
Simon feared he would never walk again after having has recently recovered from a horrific e-bike crash that saw him break an arm. The star was bed-bound for a month and still has metal pins in his back.
On Twitter, many people agreed the music producer did indeed look different while he posed in front of the cameras at the awards ceremony. @MarieEvanss remarked he looked "like George Michael" in the pictures.
@Whit3Wo1f remarked: "A broken back and 6 months of pain meds will do that to a body at that age !!" While @isaacs_deanna said the picture on the read carpet showed "The True Simon".
The latest series of Britain's Got Talent commences on Saturday, April 16 on ITV1.
