Sigrid moves 3Arena concert to end of 2022

Norwegian pop star Sigrid has announced rescheduled dates for her concert at Dublin's 3Arena which was meant to take place this March.

The performer will now play the venue on November 24, 2022 after rescheduling her UK, Ireland and Europe tour.

She took to social media to announce the rescheduled dates, explaining that the last two years as an artist have been "quite the ride".

She said: "It has been full of uncertainty and changes, and what I love the most about my job is playing live shows with my band and crew, which was taken away and we all missed it so so much.

"I was extremely excited to go back on stage and finally get to see you on our first tour back in the UK and Ireland in March, and frankly it’s been my number one motivation all this time. I’m gutted to say my team and I have decided to postpone the dates to later this year.

"But the good news is that we will be able to perform a lot of new music in November, and we’re also adding 4 more dates! Liverpool, Cardiff, Birmingham and Newcastle."

She added: "Your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled dates, and tickets for the new shows go on sale on Friday 28th January at 9am.

"I really do hope you’ll be able to come to our new shows and I promise we'll do our best to make the show worth the wait!"

Sigrid released two new singles in 2021, Mirror and Burning Bridges, as well as her Christmas song Home To You.

The singer rose to fame with songs like Don't Kill My Vibe and Don't Feel Like Crying in 2018.

Her latest single Head on Fire with Griff is another addition to the 25 year old's impressive synth pop discography.
