Sienna Miller has all eyes on her as she stepped out on the red carpet at the world premiere of Anatomy of a Scandal.
The 40-year-old actress put on a glamorous display in an elegant black number as she joined her co-stars at Curzon Mayfair this Thursday.
Miller opted for a strapless black mini dress embellished with gold buttons and a classy up-do as she graced the red carpet outside the premiere.
The leading lady was joined by a host of stellar performers, including Michelle Dockery and Naomi Scott, for the star-studded event.
Anatomy of a Scandal is a new series featuring Miller as the character Sophie Whitehouse.
The series is produced by Netflix and based on a novel by Sarah Vaughan of the same name.
The storyline follows Miller’s character Whitehouse as she deals with the fallout after her on-screen husband (Ruper Friend) is accused of sexually assaulting a political aide.
The six-part series will follow his trial as well as the impact it has upon their personal lives.
Earlier this month, Miller discussed her upcoming role in the new Netflix series.
During an interview with Elle UK, the actress revealed she resonated with some of the things her character faces in the show.
“I’ve experienced some of the things she has experienced” Miller said.
However, she added: “[But] her way of dealing with what’s thrown at her is the absolute antithesis of what my way is. And so, in a kind of twisted, tourism sense, I just wanted to see how it would feel to react differently.”
Elsewhere in her interview, Miller also documented dealing with fame when she stepped into the limelight in the early noughties.
Speaking about coming to terms with her fame as well as her high-profile relationship with Jude Law, Miller went on: “There was a lot of magic at that time. At first, it was kind of comical, but very quickly it became insidious and, yeah, scary.”
“And my boyfriend [at the time] had been experiencing it for years and felt, understandably, a lot of hostility towards that kind of attention.
“So, my initial reaction was the same. I became so litigious, just to try and carve out an existence that I could manage. You’ve seen women implode as a result of that. You can’t hold onto sanity or grounding.”
