Siemens has put its UK headquarters up for sale with an asking price of almost £9m.
Sir William Siemens House in Princess Road, West Didsbury, is being marketed by CBRE with Siemens planning to remain at the building for "an initial" three years.
Offers of £8.85m are being sought for the property which was opened in 1990 as the company's flagship office in the UK.

The office was designated the HQ for operations in Siemens GB&I in 2019.
In a statement, the company said: "Siemens plc has decided to put its Sir William Siemens House location in West Didsbury up for sale with a plan to lease the building back for an initial three years.
"The building will be put on the market and subject to offers received, we expect a decision will be reached on the sale by autumn 2022.
"Responsibility for running and maintaining the Siemens HQ will remain with Siemens plc throughout the leaseback agreement."
Sir William Siemens House on Princess Road, Manchester opened in 1990 as Siemens’ flagship office in the UK.

"We are working to a fixed timetable, with offers due by Monday 20th June."
