A football boss used a mobile phone to upskirt a colleague.
Myles Allan, 44, took two pictures and two videos of the woman’s thighs in an office in West Lothian.
The married dad of two claimed he took the images by “accidentally” brushing his hand against the phone in July 2019.
He claimed to have “immediately” deleted them but was caught out after copies were uploaded to his laptop via iCloud.
The shocked victim then found the images on Allan’s old laptop when a colleague used the device a month after he left the company.
She told Edinburgh Sheriff Court: “I felt disgusted, humiliated and very angry. I trusted him and I felt betrayed.”
Allan, of Dunfermline, denied operating equipment beneath her clothing but Sheriff Graham Primrose QC found him guilty.
He was placed on the sex offenders’ register and sentence was deferred.
The offender has worked for clubs including Sauchie Juniors, Berwick Rangers and Jeanfield Swifts.
