Shopping hack to get 20% off Amazon's 'hidden sale' warehouse

A money-saving expert has shared how shoppers can get an extra 20 percent off items that have already been discounted.

The expert, from Martin Lewis' Money Saving Expert website, recently took to the latest edition of the weekly Money Saving Expert Newsletter to share how shoppers can take advantage of a spring sale promotion on Amazon's warehouse.

The online store is an Aladdin's cave of second-hand items that have been returned and are sold at discounted prices as they no longer meet the standards of a 'new' product.

Most of the items are still in generally good condition and may have the odd blemish on the box, cosmetic wear-and-tear or missing minor accessories.

Often shoppers can save up to around 50% off by purchasing the pre-owned, used or un-boxed items, but now they can get a further 20% off until Wednesday, April 13, according to MSE.com.

No discount is needed, as items included in the sale will automatically have the price taken off at the checkout.

Shoppers can browse the spring sale on a range of 80,000 Amazon warehouse product departments, including home appliances, skincare, electrical, books and much, much more.

The MSE, Becky Mott, explains, that the best way to find the deals, is by looking up your desired item and selecting the 'Amazon Warehouse' filter in the search bar.

If you have a particular product in mind, you can search if it is part of the Amazon Warehouse deals by looking for the 'new and used' offers on the product page.

When we checked out the Warehouse sale for ourselves, we did manage to find a range of discounted items on major brands such as Breville, Tassimo, Toni and Guy, Fitbit and Oral-B.

We found that bargain hunters could pick up insane deals such as a Breville Blender for just £21.99 (down from £29.99) and a Fitbit Inspire 2 Health and Fitness Tracker for £63 (down from £89.99.)

Other star buys that shoppers have shared have been a toddlers trike for £44 (down from £84), a microwave for around £76 (down from £99) and an Apple Mac-Book for £821.16 (down from £948.99.)

Shoppers can take advantage of Amazon Warehouse 20% spring sale here until Wednesday, April 13.
