If you haven't had your fill of turkey this festive season then you're in luck. A major supermarket has been spotted selling turkey crowns with a whopping 90% discount.
Before Christmas, you might have been hard pushed to find a turkey in stock at many retailers, but now you can pick one up for under £5.
Down from £51.75, a Marks & Spencer store in Temple Fortune, London, has reduced dozens of turkey crowns to the bargain price.
Weighing in at 2kg and serving 6-10, there's plenty of turkey to go around, whether you plan to serve it the traditional way or test out this popular air fryer toastie hack.
The premium looking meat is finished with oak smoked bacon and boasts sage and onion stuffing. Stock basted for 'extra succulence', M&S says its Oakham turkeys are reared with more space to roam 'with access to straw bales and places to perch'.
What's more, Smoked Salmon Gravadlax has also seen a dramatic 48.9% price cut.
Luckily, there's plenty of other exciting supermarket offers instore now if you can't stomach any more Christmas food. Anyone fancy an Easter egg?
Thinking ahead to next year, Morrisons appears to be gearing up for 2023, as shoppers have spotted Easter displays in store. While the Boxing Day sighting will delight many, it also ruffled a few feathers, as some people could not believe just how early the chocolate was on sale - three and a half months ahead of the big day.
Elsewhere, the seasonal treats were also spotted on shelves in Tesco and Co-op. Sharing their shock, one social media user wrote: "No! Make it stop! My eyes!".
"What has the world come to?" another moaned. Meanwhile, someone else claimed: "I joked with some shelf stackers about Easter eggs in Morrisons the other day and they laughed and said that the first five boxes were already in the warehouse. True story."
So far, treats like Mini Eggs, a 2 for 1 deal on Creme Eggs and Lindt's signature gold bunnies have been spotted in Morrisons, while a display in Tesco shows huge boxes of Thornton's and Lindt eggs ready to be snatched up.
If you're still getting through your Christmas selection box, this news might leave you fuming, but other chocolate lovers will be pleased to see the Easter favourites creeping onto the supermarket shelves.
