Aldi has teased the return of its Cuthbert the Caterpillar cake after reaching a settlement with Marks & Spencer.
The latter had previously accused the bargain giant of copying its popular Colin the Caterpillar cake.
Although details of the settlement have not been released, Aldi has posted on Facebook informing customers that they may see the product back on shelves soon.

They wrote: "Getting out early on good behaviour, keep an eye out for Cuthy B this Spring".
The German discounter then added the hashtag "#FreeCuthbert".
Since being shared on Tuesday afternoon, the post has attracted more than 8,100 likes and over 570 comments from Aldi fans giving their thoughts on the news.
Some simply shared their excitement at the possibility of being able to purchase the cake again.
"I hope so my son wants Cuthbert cake for his birthday early March," one said.
A second echoed: "My birthday is in March. I hope he’s free by then".
Another wrote: "Omg I did wonder where he has been hiding, the thought of buying an actual Colin for my hubby's 30th is killing me!"
A fourth commented: "We had a Cuthbert and Colin cake and did a blind test for a birthday last May. Cuthbert won."
Other users took the opportunity to leave humorous comments and jokes.
One Facebook user wrote: "I’ve heard the Met want to talk to him about attending an illegal party and ambushing the PM. Lay low Cuthbert."
A second joked: "Shouldn't you rename him to 'Cuff'bert?"
A third said: "I hope Cuthbert is OK after his incarceration. I'm sure he'll soon gateaux-ver it."
