Aldi have recently released a brand new range of thermal clothing in their SpecialBuy section, and shoppers have been raving about the "extra warmth for winter".
The discount supermarket is a popular feature among those looking to save on their spendings, with the infamous middle aisle proving to have hidden gems among it, reports the Liverpool Echo. With the cost of living crisis driving energy bills up, people are searching for cheap ways to keep warm without the heating.

The thermal selection includes short sleeve tops, thermal bottoms and thermal fishing joggers, with prices from under £7. The Avenue Grey Thermal Bottoms, which are £6.99, are designed with a blend of cotton fibres, to "keep you warm through the winter".
The product description says they provide "high wearing comfort and good thermal regulation" and can be worn underneath an over garment to stay well insulated. Many Aldi shoppers have praised the new thermal range, and rate the clothing five stars online.
One excited shopper said: "Brought this thermal t-shirt for my husband. He's very pleased with it, says it very warm and comfortable to wear. Have washed it once and it seems absolutely fine. Great value for money."
Another said: "Good fit and quality - gives extra warmth for the winter."
And a third wrote: "I am so pleased that I bought this thermal top. It keeps me warm under my shirt especially when the temperature is very cold. It's well made and fits me like a glove. It's been in the washing machine quite a few times since I had it and it still looks and feels like new since the time I bought it. Great buy."
Others said: "Lovely and warm the thickness is much better [than] I [expected]".
Finally, one concluded: "I purchased the navy short-sleeved top in store, I ordered this grey long-sleeved top from Aldi on-line as it was not available in store for my size. The top is excellent, and keeps out the cold."
You can purchase the entire thermal clothing range from Aldi here, on their website.
