Shoppers praise dehumidifier that helps 'remove condensation and mould' for £16

Shoppers have been raving about an affordable dehumidifier from Amazon they say has helped them to remove condensation and mould from their homes.

With temperatures continuing to fall in certain parts of the country and the cost of living still soaring, some households might be keeping the heating off. Unfortunately, that can create prime conditions for excess moisture to build up and potentially cause mould problems.

To help combat any mould and damp, many shoppers have been purchasing a dehumidifier. While some can be quite pricey, Amazon is currently stocking the popular Unibond Aero 360° Moisture Absorber for just £16.

This nifty 2-in-1 dehumidifier that promises to absorb excess moisture and remove any bad odours. It also features an aerodynamic design that promotes 360 degree air circulation for advanced efficiency.

The Unibond Aero 360° dehumidifier also comes complete with refillable tabs that can last anywhere between one to three months, depending on the temperature and humidity of the room.

It is worth noting that, while Amazon shoppers have been highly praising the dehumidifier on the website, it can also be purchased from major supermarkets such as Asda and Sainsbury's for the same price. It has also been spotted at the likes of B&M and Screwfix at fairly cheaper prices.

Thousands of bargain hunters have flocked to Amazon to leave glowing five-star rated reviews after trying it out for themselves and noticing a difference in the amount of condensation at home.

One shopper said: "Just moved into a new build in September and have the moisture problems that inevitably comes with it. Did not want to have an electric dehumidifier so decided to try these and I love them, have been using them for about a month and they have removed so much moisture from the air my clothes no longer have that damp feeling and my windows are relatively dry. The only thing I don’t like is clipping the bottom water trap on , it’s a bit fiddly but it’s something I can live with."

A second wrote: "I bought this after I noticed the buildup of mildew all over my house. This product has worked to keep condensation off my window and I haven’t seen any mildew since! The blocks used with the products seem to last months, it’s a great investment and definitely cost effective. I would completely recommend this over the electric ones that eat your money and rack up your bills."

A third replied: "I have one in most rooms of my old, damp house, and they seem to help keep condensation down and mould away, and they make the room smell better."

A fourth simply wrote: "It stops condensation forming on my bedroom windows. It stops mould forming."

You can purchase the UniBond AERO 360° Moisture Absorber from Amazon, Sainsbury's and Asda for £16. You can also find it in B&M and Screwfix, but check with your local store for stock availability.
