Shoppers praise Aldi's bargain candle that's £70 cheaper than The White Company

Aldi shoppers have been rushing to their local store after catching wind of a new dupe for The White Company's £95 winter candle.

The budget supermarket is renowned for its brilliant luxury dupes, as Jo Malone fans will immediately recognise Aldi 's budget alternatives.

Now, Aldi is impressing customers with their take on The White Company's home scents, and one woman has taken to TikTok to share her haul after getting her hands on one of the coveted candles.

The Winter Spice candle from Aldi looks very similar to The White Company's high-end offering, but the prices are far from similar.

Ellie's video, which has surpassed a whopping 120,000 views since posting, has left customers clawing to buy the dupe that retails at just £24.99 - a fraction of the price compared to the costly original.

Captioning the post, she wrote: "Aldi or The White Company?

In the viral clip, she explained: "I've just been to Aldi because rumour on the street was that they had The White Company Winter Candle dupe and I had to see it for myself.

"And let me tell you, I was impressed!"

Ellie claimed: "This is literally the same candle except it's not £95 like it is in The White Company - it's £24.99.

"If you love this candle then definitely run to Aldi because it's so good!"

The candle boasts a seasonal botanical effect with a large selection of festive decor housed inside.

Flocking to the comments, users shared their eagerness to claim one of the stunning candles for themselves.

One person gushed: "Am definitely getting this."

A second tagged a friend and wrote: "We need this!"

"Got mine just now," a eager customer penned.

A festive Christmas-goer wrote: "I got one I've bought a wreath from Wilko to go around it and elevated it on a cake stand it looks immense as a centrepiece. Don't want to light."
