A shopper couldn't believe her luck when she was sent a brand new Oodie worth £89 after spending just over a tenner on a budget £5 website. The woman bought a hooded blanket for £11.99 on the 5poundstuff website.
Shoppers who buy items on 5poundstuff pay a low-budget price, but some of the items on there are from more expensive brands. The catch is, you won't know which brand it is until you get it.
However, many shoppers have been delighted to find that many of the website's hooded blankets, which cost a maximum of £13.99 each, are actually from designer brand Oodie. Oodies cost an average of £89 each, making it a huge saving if you were lucky enough to get one.

Posting on Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, Gabriella Rákóczi said: "Thank you for whoever posted the oversize hoodie blanket deal last week. Even though the website didn’t say the brand I’ve got the oodie one, but the advertised image matched with the one on the oodie website. So was hoping to get one of those. I’ve paid £11.99 for it. Got one for myself and one for my sister. It’s crazy soft and massive. Will be great when we have the cooler weather back."
Kelly Wood replied: "I ordered got mine on sat and it was an oodie one well chuffed." Sharyn Godfrey said: "I bought one too and very surprised they were oodie as I was going to buy the koala one for winter."
Liza Yate said: "I got 2 oodies the bunny one and that one. Very happy 2 Christmas presents sorted." In a seperate post on the same group,
Tori Gabriel said: "I ordered two of their hooded blankets and was absolutely amazed to discover they are Oodies! Actual Oodies! However, it appears to be a bit hit and miss as other people have received other brands (Kuddlies) or similar. I thought I'd share as if you manage to get the branded one, yay but the other are still decent for the price."
You can shop the full range of hooded blankets on the 5poundstuff website here. While there's no guarantee you'll get an Oodie, if you do, you'll be saving yourself well over £70.
