As we head into the colder months, many of us will be looking for ways to keep warm without being left out of pocket amid the ongoing cost of living crisis.
Aldi has products available in its Specialbuys range which could help you save on your heating bills this winter. The supermarket is offering a selection of thermal clothing designed to keep you toasty for a reasonable price.
The range includes light grey thermal short-sleeved tops and thermal bottoms that you can wear under your regular clothes as well as thermal fishing joggers, all made with a blend of cotton fibres to “keep you warm throughout winter” according to the retailer. The garments have earned many five-star reviews from satisfied shoppers, The Mirror reports .

One reviewer wrote about the short-sleeved top: “Excellent generous fit, silky smooth material and retains copious amounts of heat at a reasonable price. Well recommended.”
Another said: “I've had this out in 0 degrees and lower, as a base layer, with a thermal jersey and jacket. I was absolutely toasty, without being too warm. The jersey is very light, comfortable and a good fit to size.
“I have a number of Aldi base layers, for autumn/spring, summer, and winter, and they all compare very favourably with the more expensive ‘proper’ cycling brands,” they added. Many others praised the clothes for their comfort levels and price.
Both the thermal short-sleeved top and thermal bottoms are priced at £6.99 each, while the thermal fishing joggers have a price tag of £12.99. You can shop the range online at Aldi’s website .
