Shoppers are raving about a new product that helps them get some shut eye. With World Sleep Day taking place today, experts have been sharing lots of advice on how to get a good night's sleep.
Yet customers of The Body Shop believe they've already found the solution - in the form of its new Sleep Calming Pillow Mist. It's a spray from the retailer's new Wellness range, which launched at the beginning of this month, and is described as an 'amped up and more dreamy' version of the previous pillow mist from its previous Spa of the World range.
Despite only being available for a couple of weeks, it's already getting rave five star reviews. One mum described it as 'a bedtime treat' and said it's helping the whole family get a better night's sleep.

"I use this every night as a calming bedtime ritual for the whole family," she said. "The scent is gorgeous, kids love it. I was sceptic at first, but I've felt a noticeable change in the quality of my sleep, not waking up in the night and generally feeling more refreshed in the mornings. Kids and hubby all agree 5*."
And she's not the only one impressed by the spray. Titling their review 'sleep in a bottle', another customer said: "This is amazing, few sprays in my pillow and duvet. It feels like I’m laying in a lavender field on a warm summer day. Perfect for relaxing and sleep."
Another added: "This is a perfect product, I suffer a lot with anxiety around bedtime and using a few sprays of this on my pillows (and one on my teddy!) it really soothes me and calms my anxiety and helps me feel calm and sleepy. I've been looking for a sleep spray for ages and I am sooo glad The Body Shop have this new range! I'm fully obsessed."
While there are lots of similar sounding products available, another shopper said this one is 'not your standard lavender pillow mist'.
She said: "I have trouble sleeping. The sheep don't like to be counted, the inside of my eyelids don't like to be inspected and the recommended 8 hours per night is more like 4 hours, broken and sporadic.
"Then I started using this, along with the hair and body wash and the body cream. I kid you not. These three together had me on 6 hours a night, unheard of for me. Try it. You will not be disappointed and while you're at it, get the other products in the range. Treat yourself."
The Body Shop's Wellness range is split into three 'families' - Sleep, Boost and Breathe.
Its other Sleep products include body cream, bedtime balm, hair and body wash, and essential oil.
A spokesperson the retailer said: "For our Sleep range, we chose a fragrance blend of lavender and vetiver, as they are known to unwind tense bodies, relax the mind and get you the best possible quality sleep. The resulting fragrance is woody and aromatic, a perfect companion for drifting off with heavy eyes and steady breath."
The Body Shop recommends using the mist in a four step routine to get the most amazing shut eye.
STEP 1: Wash away the day’s worries with the Sleep Relaxing Hair & Body Wash.
STEP 2: Slather on Sleep Balmy Body Cream that helps to unknot busy minds.
STEP 3: Before hitting the pillow, spritz it with the Sleep Calming Pillow Mist and wind down for some shut eye.
STEP 4: Dab the Sleep Essential Oil blend on your pulse points crafted with a relaxing scent to help prepare your mind for sleep.
The Calming Pillow Mist costs £18 for a 100ml bottle and can be bought in store or ordered online.
