Three women killed in shooting near Beverly Hills are identified as suspects still at large

ABC7

Three women who were killed in an early-morning shooting near Beverly Hills have been identified as the suspect or suspects remain at large.

LAPD West LA received multiple 911 calls of a shooting around 2.30am Saturday at a residence in the 2700 block of Ellison Drive, police said several hours later on Twitter.

Officers arrived to find three women dead at the scene, while four others wounded were transported to the hospital.

The Los Angeles County coroner’s office identified those killed as: Iyana Hutton, 33, of Chicago; Nenah Davis, 29, of Bolingbrook, Illinois; and Destiny Sims, 26, of Buckeye, Arizona.

Those three women were inside a vehicle when they were fatally shot, according to LAPD Sgt Frank Preciado.

The wounded were standing outside, not in the vehicle, when they were shot. Upon arriving at the hospital, two were listed in critical condition and two were listed as stable. Police said their ages and genders were not being immediately released.

As of Sunday, Police Detective Meghan Aguilar said the search for suspects and evidence was ongoing and further details of the investigation were not expected before Monday.

The crime scene was a short-term rental property, LAPD PIO tweeted, and police were “still interviewing additional occupants of the house as well as neighbors and witnesses.”

Beverly Crest is an upscale area just over two miles north of Beverly Hills.

The incident marked the fourth mass shooting in California this month.
