President Joe Biden announced on Sunday that he was dropping out of the presidential race, and endorsing his vice-president Kamala Harris to replace him as the Democratic candidate for election in November.

The "I Like It" singer had shared her thoughts following the disastrous debate between Biden and Donald Trump a few weeks ago, calling the president "selfish" for not dropping out and passing the baton to Harris in a social media video.
