Shohei Ohtani got the start for the Los Angeles Angels in Monday’s matinee against the Boston Red Sox, which means we get more fun highlights of the coolest player in baseball doing things that nobody else really can.
The right-hander has some of the nastiest stuff in baseball, and that filthy stuff was on display at Fenway Park, where he threw a number of pitches with so much movement that they looked like frisbees out there sailing in the wind.
These pitches also made a couple of professional hitters look really silly. Here’s Ohtani, who is 2-0 in three starts on the season, doing his thing:

Ridiculous, right?
MLB fans agreed:
20” of horizontal break - he’s throwing frisbees at hitters https://t.co/SBDavtCey9

Personally I think it's unfair for your teams 2nd best hitter to also be the best pitcher on earth to start the year too https://t.co/i7lJKfUupo
