Sheriff's Deputies Rescue 91-Year-Old Woman From Florida Floodwaters

Sheriff’s deputies in Hillsborough County, Florida, recently carried out a heartwarming rescue mission to save a 91-year-old woman who was stranded in her home due to severe flooding in suburban Tampa.

The dramatic rescue operation was captured in a video posted on the sheriff’s office’s social media account. The footage shows deputies on a boat making their way towards the woman’s residence in Lithia, Florida, which was surrounded by nearly waist-deep floodwaters from the nearby Alafia River.
