Actress Sheridan Smith has said that she would love to return for another series of hit BBC sit-com Gavin and Stacey despite being snubbed for the recent Christmas reunion episode.
Sheridan, 38, who is expecting her first child with fiancé Jamie Horn, told Sun Online : "I’d definitely come back for a series."
However, she admitted that she was no longer in touch with James Corden , who created the show with co-star Ruth Jones .
“I’m not in touch with James — he lives in America."
But she insisted there were no hard feelings between the pair who have dated in the past.
“If I saw him here, we’d hug," she said.
“I’ve got a lot of love for him but we don’t see each other.”
Sheridan has also spoke about names for her new baby who she revealed will be a boy.
“We thought about naming him after my dad but he was called Colin, God love him.
“As much as I miss him and love him, it’s like, ‘Do we call our son Storm or Colin?’”
James and Ruth have already hinted that Gavin & Stacey might return to our screens after a whopping 18.5 million viewers tuned into the Christmas episode.
In a joint statement issued in January, the pair expressed their happiness about the success of the Christmas Special which aired last December.
"It’s mind blowing that so many people watched our show - we still can’t get our heads round it, what a massive compliment," the statement read.
Sheridan was speaking at the Pretty Woman: The Musical gala night at London's Piccadilly Theatre, which she attended with fiancé Jamie.
Dressed in all black, the Cleaning Up star was all smiles as she cradled her bump and posed for pictures.
Jamie put a protective arm around his future wife as they cuddled up together.
Sheridan, whose baby is due later this year, donned a long black blazer, a low cut top and matching black jeans for their date night.
The mum-to-be teamed the look with a pair of over-the-knee high heeled Gucci boots.
She wore her long blonde hair down and flowing around her shoulders.
Sheridan accessorised with a large pair of hoop earrings and a Gucci handbag.
Jamie looked smart in a grey blazer, black t-shirt and matching jeans, which he wore with a pair of black trainers.
Sheridan has already confirmed she is expecting a baby boy.
She announced the news by sharing a filtered clip of herself holding up a baby outfit, captioning it: "It's a...................B O Y !!"
It followed her rather unconventional pregnancy announcement in October, which came when she was performing on a cruise ship.
She told passengers on the ship: "I've got a baby on board."
Sheridan revealed she was suffering with terrible morning sickness and had ditched her high heels so she'd be able to run off the stage to be sick if she needed to.
