English Championship clubs Sheffield United and Luton Town are reported to be keen on Motherwell's Max Johnston.
The teenage right-back is viewed as a highly-rated prospect at Fir Park and has grabbed consecutive SPFL Team of the Week entries at loan club Queen of the South this past month.
Johnston's performances have attracted suitors and according to the Daily Record, Sheffield United and Luton are interested.
They have both watched the talented 18-year-old watched in recent weeks. Luton have already signed one Motherwell academy graduate in the last 12 months, Allan Campbell.
Former Hibs and current Blades boss Paul Heckingbottom keeps a close eye on the transfer market north of the border.
It would take a significant six-figure deal for Motherwell to sell Johnston and Fir Park boss Graham Alexander is said to be keen to give him his first-team chance next season.
He has scored two goals and notched three assists this season. The teenager has two competitive Motherwell appearances.
